What is wrong with this Eachine Falcon 250 Pro

I bought the drone from Banggood and it arrived today broken. The front left propellel keeps ticking when I plug it in, and when I give it throttle this motor does not spin at all. I've filed a refund complaint but I haven't heard back from Banggood. Is the motor stuck from maybe getting hit while being sent from China?? Please help.

Hi mate there is a good chance thats its a dry joint from the ESC to the motor , Brushless motors are 3 phase and all the 3 wires must make a good joint , Now you can send it back as a fault , if you try to fix your self and cant your stuck with it , , Talk to bang good and see if they will give you some money back just in case you need a motor or ESC in the video was you giving throttle and that motor just twitched
 
In the video I didn't give it any throttle. This is what it does when I plug the battery in. It keeps ticking even after the other 3 motors do that little calibration thing when you first plug in the battery.
 
Yes I have tried that. I've also tried recalibrating the motors with LibrePilot but all the other motors spin when you do the individual motor calibration but this motor does not spin at all when I turn up the sliding-bar thing to find the neutral point.
 
Hi ok sounds like a bad wire if you can solder then its worth a check , but banggood want take it back if you have tried to fix it , so its up to you if you dont want to wait for an answer from banggood
you can try to plug one of the other working motors into the pins off the board for the bad motor and see if it spin the good motor this will tell you the board is ok ,but i still think its a bad wire , these are made in sweat shops so they some times dont get a good solder joint
 
I have no experience soldering. I'll wait for a reply from Banggood and go from there. Thanks so much for the help holtneil.
 
It would be nice if you get another one so your have one for spares but Like Jackson said they do with the toy ones so may ask you to return it , if they do ask them if you send proof of post will they send the replacement right away
