Hi there,

I am considering to buy a drone. Could you suggest me please what kind of drone you would suggest so I can attach go pro 5 ? (karma is to expensive).

Regards

Do you actually own the GoPro5? Why would you spend $400 on a camera to put on a toy quadcopter?

Here ya go.

The quad has powerful, long lasting brushless motors, it will run circles around your link. And unless you are an ultra finicky, professional videographer the camera provides superb video.

With a spare battery, better battery charger, and spare props you'll be at about 200 GBP.

yes I do have hero 5 black.. I thought it's the 'best' sport camera and why not to put that in for a drone. Or perhaps we are over rated go pro quality ?

Thanks a lot for the links !

In that case go ahead and use the GoPro! The drone Jackson recommended should be good enough but be careful if you are still learning though.

what are the most important features before buying a drone? range, battery, weight ?
All of the above...and more!
Here is what I think you should look for when looking to buy a drone in gerenal...

1.3 What makes a drone the best?
Good luck and always remember to fly safe and have fun :)

Reliability is at the top of my list. Who wants to plan on shooting footage and then finding that the latest firmware update has disabled the drone as is routinely occurring with DJI drones.

It's a hell of a lot more than "good enough." :)
I'd say that aswell, I seen a video on YouTube where someone dropped one from a plane at 2k foot as they were jumping out. It landed in a pig pen on the guys property. He found it 3 months later in working order.

There are lots of good GoPro alternatives out there. Read reviews, look at footage and comparisons on YouTube. I am using an SJCam SJ5000x 'Elite' and I love the thing. Cost me $129, and you can get them cheaper now. I don't suggest it's the best, or even the best for the money. But you don't have to throw $400 of your hard-earned money in the air to shoot some amazing video.
