I am a new to quadcopter, but I am very interested in it, so lately I often learn something related to it. I often go to some quadcopters website to get some informations, I saw some products information shows that battery autonomy 7-8mins, especially on products on this website ,does it means that battery can only use for 7-8min? I think it too short for quadcopter using. If I have understood that right, how long can batteries of a quadcopter use?

I'm assuming that's what they mean, 'battery autonomy' = flight time. It's just poorly translated into English.

That said the actual flight times are probably even less.

Thank you for answering. I want to know that how long can a tiny quadcopter toy fly? Is 7-8mins is long or short? In my opinion, it is too short. My boys want to buy this type toys, but I really do not know about it.

I'm afraid I'd agree - my 12y/o has a little indoor dual-axis helicopter and can barely fly it, lots of bunny-hopping and crashing.

Of course I play around with it - but the yaw's on the wrong stick and there's no yaw trim so it slowly rotates round...
