What are your thoughts on this quad and would it be good for a starter that's only ever used simulators?

It would be like teaching a 16 year old to drive with a top fuel dragster. Get a cheap toy grade to learn stick control until it becomes natural. Start with a Vortex and you're going to crash, it, wreck it, get frustrated and give up.
