Uploading Pictures ?

Hey All,
I've been trying to upload a pic to a post, select image, insert url for image location (one drive)
it puts an "IMG" tag in the post but no picture. Anyone know what I am doing wrong, have no problems linking video from U Tube?

... The image should be on the device you're posting it from, not "The Cloud" ...

This is decent and free. You can grab a pic off your drive or by URL.
