Transmitter Help

I am new to drones and I have completed my build for the most part. I'm using a cc3d flight controller, a orangerx receiver and I have a dx6i transmitter. Everything seems to be working good and it connects to cleanflight and I can change all the settings. My problem is that my dx6i shows that it is binded with the orangerx but none of the movements of the sticks are picked up on cleanflight. I want to know how to get my dx6i working fully with my setup.
 
I got same problem with Turnigy 9x. Cleanflight shows that all controls are working and i can control motors with cleanflight test, but it didnt respond to transmitter, would be nice if someone would help
