Syma X8C pulsating

My X8C's motors are pulsating and not creating constant thrust. It is confined mainly to one motor. Up to this point I have done the following: adjusted trim, cleaned, greased, replaced props, replaced motors, verified rotation and position of each, replaced the main board, replaced the hand held controller, performed the copter reset several times. When I hold the copter in a 30 degree tilt towards the pulsating motor the pulsating pretty much stops.

If someone could has some suggestions on how to solve this or further diagnosis it would be appreciated.

Sounds like one phase is not working or a sync issue.

Plug the ESC wire directly into the throttle on your radio (REMOVE PROPS), wait for the ESC to get ready, then raise the throttle somewhat slowly. If it still does this it it likely a phase issue, it could be a sync issue, but if your other motors don't do it then a sync issue is highly unlikely.

A phase issue is when one of the three phases on the motor or ESC are not working at all, a sync issue is when they are not in the right timing for the motor you are using.

No ESCs these are just 2 wire DC brushed motors.

Recalibrate the gyros. Turn on quad, then remote. Bind as usual. Hold left stick bottom left, right stick bottom right. Lites should flash. After they stop flashing, the gyros are recalibrated.
