Syma X5SW Lift problem

Hello-
New guy here. I have a Syma X5SW, my first quadcopter. I've flown it probably 40 times and I'm hooked. I've busted up guards and propellers with many crashes and have purchased several sets of guards and props and I will say this is a durable little quadcopter.

The quad has now developed a take off /lift problem where the back two props rev up and flip it forward and the front won't lift off the ground. The front motors are turning but don't seem to have much power. I'm guessing I could use new front motors after all the flying I have done, but was wondering if there are other things that could be the problem. I ordered a set of motors to have on hand, but was just wondering if anyone could offer a little more input.

Well first off you have to be absolutely positive you have the correct props in the correct positions on the front as both motors going bad at the same time seems odd. Also carefully and thoroughly check/inspect the front gear assemblies.
