Syma X5c Not Binding With JJRC H5C Transmitter

I first bought a JJRC H5C quad with camera and transmitter, works fine. Then I bought a
bare bones Syma X5C without camera and transmitter. The JJRC transmitter will not
bind with the Syma X5C quad, is there a different 2.4ghz chip in the Syma vs. The JJRC,
both quads are virtually identical, except for the graphics. I am flustered in not getting the quads to fly with one transmitter. Can someone explain it to me. Regards The Spudman

That's just the way it is. Even various incarnations of Syma '5' controllers will not work at times with all '5' series quads. There appears to be 3 different firmware/revisions out there.

Its not the same protocol for jjrc as it is syma..Syma also changed it for the x5c-1 over the X5C model.

There a quite a few x5c look a like models that dont use the same protocols.

You could install your jjrc flight control board in the syma and then use the jjrc radio or you need to purchase the correct radio for the x5c..not the x5c1.

The Syma X5C-14 transmitter is for the X5C-1..they have a X5C-13 which i think is the one for the X5C but im not 100 percent positive.
