I planned to do a decent step by step but had to do this quick as my daughter is moving house over this weekend. So I managed this in about 4hrs. IMG_20180301_233909444_HDR-1024x575.jpg

I would have liked to spent a bit longer on it but busy next few days. Everytime I book holidays to go fly, it goes tiitz up.
All needs doing now is fcb on betaflight & esc's then set it up on my new Tx & no matter what I'm maiden it on Monday.
I also started to repair am old build for a friend out of spare parts. Wait till you see this finished. & running an old ia6 pwm.
Looking like a burst mattress.

Here it is, I can't even find the top plate so I might just have to put a zip tie roll cage on it & bottom mount th lipo. IMG_20180304_014228166-1024x575.jpg
The only pdb I had was a 40mm holes.
It's only a crappy LOS for now.

 ... Nice touch with the velcro bat bottoms ... you been peeking in my window ?
Works a helluva lot better than just some rubber pad to keep the bats from ejecting don't it ?! :D
Looks like your soldering has improved too .... nice job ! ;)
But please tell me you're not just going to hang an ant right off that VTX ?

Uh...........are the prop nuts colored coded for spin direction???? Yeah, closer look.....they are..............same spin direction should be opposite corners.............

I just slap any old motor on although they did have directions on. I just change direction in blheli configuration.
Big red nuts on the front. Red is my favourite colour don't ya know. :D

Cowboy was close enough, the antenna are on the wrong side. In forward flight they are pointing down to the ground.
What a dummy

In forward flight they are pointing down to the ground.
Isn't that where you are flying from?

Seems many folks like it that way.

The antenna tips are more or less pointing @ the floor instead of @ the sky.
To me its wrong. Be ok high up but down low @ distance, a good proportion of the signal is hitting the ground.

I might just flip one around facing out back, see how it goes. I'm having trouble @ the moment with the evo Tx.
My micro that works on my i6 is bound & set up the auxiliary switches set to ppm as it's the only build on ppm now. Done all the usual but it won't arm. Inputs showing up. I can turn the i6 on an it's fine it flies. I must be missing something new.

All sorted, it's the only one on ppm & ibus was checked by accident I got 4 on it upto now. Back to work tomorrow, 5 days off & only 20min of airtime. :(
But atleast my daughter is all moved & I got 5 birds eager to fly the next bit of decent weather. I just finished cleaning up my station space is tight in our flat so this is my side of the boxroom.IMG_20180306_205653110-1024x575.jpg
