SP f3 flight controller issue

I am having a problem with my seriously pro f3 flight controller where one of the motor channels has a delayed response to stick input. I can see it on cleanflight where when I raise the throttle, motor channel 3 stay at 1070 (or whatever my min throttle is) while the others raise normally until the motor ouputs are at 1300 or so and then motor channel 3 begins to respond and raise at the same rate as the other channels are. Note that it doesn't matter which esc I am using ( I have some racerstar 20a lite using oneshot125) and the motor channel 3 works perfectly fine when I override it from within the cleanflight configurator. I don't know if this is a hardware or a software issue. I can note that the flight controller is actually a clone from banggood. Any help or knowledge would be appreciated :).

Check motor, esc, do calibration esc, accelerometers and check wiring. It is extremely strange that a only one channel fails on the FC..

I don't think it is the esc/motor as I tried swapping the motors to different channels and the same result always happened with channel 3. Whichever motor/esc was on channel 3 would have a delayed response but the others would be fine. How do you check the accelerometer?

On the first tab in cleanflight there is 2 reset buttons. One for accelerometer other for gyro. Put the quad on a flat surface & reset both of them. It only takes 2min to set modes & pids if you didn't save them. I got a feeling it's just a board reset is all that's needed.

But it does happen, on a naze32 & on a spf3. A single channel just stopped working. Tried everything but they dead.
