Robocat build?

Hi, i'm looking to take the plunge into my first 'non-assembled' FPV multirotor. I have had a look through the different builds on here trying to get my head around the combinations, but struggling too.

I was wondering if the combination of components with the first kit on this page here is any good at all (and if it is overpriced?). Will it perform with a 1800mah 4S 65~130C Lipo Pack?

http://www.skyhobbies.com.sg/pagelink_multirotor_airframe_sets_250_Bundles.html

The list of components according to the website are:

Combo Deal included the following:
Robocat 280mm - COMBO
280mm Mini Quadcopter Frame

Combo with OpenPilot CC3D Flight Controller +

- LDPower 2204 / 2300KV Motor x 4
- LDPower 15A ESC x 4 (opto)
- Flight control: CC3D
- Propellers 6030 (2 CW/ 2 CCW)

Selling for about 230 Singapore dollar ~ 165 USD

Thanks for your help, and sorry if I put this question in the wrong place,

thanks,
upbeat

I notice that it's not listed as a Tarot Robocat 280mm. Some sort of copy? Does it have the built in PCB like the Tarot?

Seems the ESCs are opto so you will also need a UBEC.

Looks like it may be a copy, if that does not mater for you then it also looks like your parts are only rated for 3S, so the same battery in 3S would work.

I've asked the company and been informed that it is an Etech Robocat. Is that a concern?
So it doesn't have the PCB inbuild and will require one. Anything to look out for?

Also when I asked the company if a 4S would work with those ESC, I got the reply that "The ESC is able to handle 4S as it is Opto (no BEC)" is that a correct answer or shall i insist on better ESC's (20A)?

Thanks for your help
very much looking forward to flying and hoping to avoid the pitfall of getting things that don't work together/well so thank you for your help again
