Quadcopter wont lift

I recently bought a 250 ebay quad to get into the hobby and I got it put together no problem well upon attempting to fly it wont lift. It will pitch forward at max throttle but doesnt even move forward or up. I made sure that all motors are spinning the right way and that the props are on the right motors. I went through openpilot gcs and calibrated the quad but still wont fly. The motors are emax 2280kv with 12a simonk esc and a cc3d coptercontrol board. The props are 5030 gemfans. Im lost as to what it could be. Any help is appreciated.

Well there are so many things that can go wrong for a first time builder, many quite subtle.

Maybe this will help.

Yeah I can do that in a few minutes. I checked and it seems the front two motors arent blowing air ubderneath even though the props arent upside down
Oh hahahaha. That is your problem, most props are not reversable as they flex too much, also you need two CW and two CCW props arranged like the image below. If your motor spins the wrong way just switch any of two of the three wires between the motor and ESC.
