Quadcopter problems

Although the copter is fully built with all motors and ESCs working ok but cannot arm the flightboard as per normal through the transmitter, when it does arm through other means? the motors run erratically. I have even rewired the motors and ECSs but to no avail.

Flightboard: kk2.5.5
Transmitter: Flysky T6

Can any body out there help an old man!

@Dave Street , I am curious what do you mean by erratically? And does it happen at all RPM's and with all the motors? Or, for example, when you increase throttle, does the motors work more stable?

I had this issue with motor windings being damaged by too long motor bolt which resulted in damaged/randomly working motor.
