Quad won't lift off

Good day,
I replaced the flight control board on a Dromida Ominus. The quad is bound to the controller, which can make the motors function, but the quad won't take off. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
 
Check to make sure you installed the props correctly (on the correct motor). There are 2 types. Those are color coded for front and back.

Switch the 2 fronts and try it. If the front then tries to lift off then switch the rears.
