Professional drone recommendation

I currently have a phantom 2 with a GoPro and am looking to upgrade for my work in videography .
What drone can you recommend for someone on a slight budget ,?
To -
Take property videos
Film events such as track meets
Security
Property damage assessment
Other videos such as weddings
 
I film with inspire 2s with x5s cameras, but they are overkill for real estate work.

I think you can get by charging with p4 quality, but p4p would be best if you can afford it. Plus I think the p4p is good enough quality to film weddings and events which is a bonus, and those pay much better than real estate so you need the higher quality imo.
