Possible to test camera and vTX without FPV goggles?

Hi,
I'm in the final stages of building my first drone. Is it possible to test the camera and VTX without the FPV goggles? I simply haven't bought them yet. I see people use different LCD screens... but I'm not sure how to hook up that. Thanks for the advice!

You need a receiver to pick up the 5.8GHz ish channel and demodulate the signal for display. Basically what you've seen is a ground station. I think the analog signal coming out of the camera can be fed into a display if it has analog RCA inputs but you can't really test the vtx without either a dedicated transmitter tester or a receiver in goggles or separate.

Yep if you have a vrx, hook it up to a TV like the jock said above.
