Hi got my new setup kinda running. I am using INAV when i plug in my lipo i can get the esc to arm. When i arm the controller and throttle up INAV reboots. I tried multiple different ESC protocols Standard, Multishot, OneShot. With standard the esc would not arm but with the others it does. As soon as the motors spin when armed, they rev up without throttle input and then INAV reboots over and over again until i unplug my LIPO. I am starting to think that something is up with the controller or the ESC. Has anyone ever come across anything like this ? Thanks !

I've just give up on inav. I got a f405 wing & had major grief.
you need to make sure the endpoints in blheli match what is in the config tab in inav. If you notice in the bars in blheli there is sliders. Did you manage to calibrate the esc's.

I have not tried calibration, what is the procedure for that ? If it keeps acting up i might just flash it with BetaFlight and call it a day. I was liking the GPS features of INAV like RTH and loiter but it might not be worth the damn grief.

i flashed it with beta flight and have the exact same issue as soon as i plug in my LIPO it just reboots, arms the motor, reboots, I am starting to think i might have a defective 4 in 1 ESC.

On a different not i see that the new version of beta flight has a return to home via GPS i might just stick with Beta over INAV.

Yes, it's called GPS Rescue. Take note though that this isn't like you can cruise around in GPS with stable altitude hold. I've seen videos and it's very crude. In fact, it warns you right in the BF wiki that it's for emergency use only.
