Recently finished my X-Mode Alien quadcopter I built from scratch. Problem is when I tried to fly it, it did not seem to have enough power to take off. I gave it full throttle and it almost lifted off the ground but did not seem to have enough power to lift, just kind of bounced off the ground.

**UPDATE** Now I have enough power to lift off the ground, the problem I am having now is one side lifts much faster than the other and it just flips over. I have flown quadcopters before with no problem but this one I can not get to lift off the ground without it flipping over.

I set up the flight controller by watching a video and theirs flew perfect.

Any suggestions.

Make sure your props are on correctly.

The arrows are pointing to the leading edge and are also indicating which way the props/motors have to spin.

Another.
