Need Help connecting Flight Controller to Receiver.

I decided to build my first 250 quad and due to the restriction on the frame mount I purchased a Mini KK2 and a Turnigy IA6 Receiver. I haven't been able to find a manual for the Flight Controller.
Can someone give me some help in relation to connecting the two together. I have attached a photo to assist. Do I connect all seven pins on the F/C which are single pins to the receiver signal pins.

The receiver appears to have 6 channel listed and a binding pin.

Also how do I power up the KK2 mini to set up once it is connected.
Can I use a standard lipo battery and connection or do I need to mod a cable.

Any and all help is appreciated. Thank you.

No.

On your RX ch 3 is throttle. Plug a 3 wire cable into it, then follow this, plug in as shown, with GND at the bottom, V, then signal into THR.

For the rest you use just the signal wires. RX ch 1= AIL, ch 2= ELE, ch 4= RUD and ch 5= AUX.
