Naze 32 gps or not?

Depends what you want to do. GPS can provide flight stabilization for better video quality and as a failsafe feature to return your hex back to it's home point if you run into trouble. So if you're into video or longer flights, it's worth researching.

Thanks!!! I would like the flight stabilization.
I have seen the vid on how to do it, I did see a gps unit with compass is needed. Maybe, I can find someone who has completed this project... I know my quad and the hex are both racers, but it has to make it easier.

Is there a way to tell what naze it is?
re are basically two version - 6 dof and 10 dof - you need the 10 dof version to add a GPS module. Some don't have a compass built in - but unless you are planning to use the ground station and send your quad off on a preset flight - its not really needed.

Some will tell you a GPS will not make an unstable quad - more stable etc,. I am waiting for a Full Revo to arrive and connect a NEO M8N module to find out!

This is a link to BangGood. I think they are OK - 19 order - 1 lost in post and refunded to PayPal and one item DOA and refunded to PayPal - unlike some of teh Chinese stores who eventaully issue a store credit or wallet - inless you invoke a PP case. http://www.banggood.com/Upgrade-NAZ...e-10-DOF-for-Multirotor-Racing-p-1010232.html
You need to select the version you want ( 10 dof) and check the specifications.
