I am trying to configure my 3-position switch... But my throttle controls my flight mode! I have checked my channels. Please help!

Hi mate , a few things to look at ,set up transmitter as a basic Aero NO mixing , this should stop the problem , then set up the switches on the transmitter ,after go into Naza assist power every thing up ( NO PROPS ON ) this will let you tell the FCB what switch is doing what CL/HL/return home etc , if you flick the switches you will see the mode change in the Naza assist if its set up right

Hi been thinking if you use the flaps switch which is a 3 way switch, you just need to find the channel on the receiver it controls, this will give you flight modes , the Naza uses 2x 3 way switches , 1 does CL/HL/ the other does GPS /ATTI/ATTI normally set one of the ATTI to manual mode
 
For some reason my elevator is always at max... I have calibrated many times with no different result... When I put it at lowest setting it shows up as centered.
