My New Syma X5HW Won't synch with controller?

Just bought this new Syma X5HW unpacked and assembled it and I was soo excited, but the kill joy here was when I tried to synch it with the transmitter/controller(Up-Down) the X5HW's leds still blinks while the Controller's light is steady?Is this busted or I'm missing something?Oh and the Camera FPV is working

In the video its not blinking but its blinking all the time since my webcam's FPS is pretty low

Well looking at your vid seems you were rushing things with all your combos. Turn both on, then left stick UP/DN to pair, then both sticks DOWN and IN should arm it. Props will not be spinning at this point. Now try moving the left stick UP.

I've been doing that, won't the drone Stop blinking when I do the UP/DN (pairing) because it's not and its still blinking (In the vid its not blinking since I mentioned the cheap Camera im using)

A video would help at this point, I'm really new to the Drones.I've been watching those tutorials and I get stuck at the UP/DN not blinking
