My new 3D printed quad

I just finished putting my 315 size quad together. total weight with battery is 27 oz. Got all the motors turning correct and all the wires stowed in the lower compartment. Hope for no wind tomorrow and I can go try to get it tuned.
Components:
KK2.1. board with Stevis 1.8
SunnySky Angel motors A2208 KV1260
20A LittleBee ESC BLHeli Opto 2-4S
Power dist. board with 5v and 12v BEC
8x4.5 props

This thing might be too fast for me - it was all I could do to hang on to it at about 1/2 throttle. Should be fun once tuned. It was fun to print and assemble too. The long legs will go away once I get it tuned up - I like having the shocks while getting it tuned up...

Your thoughts and suggestions are welcomed!

Hi that is so nice may be start selling them how does it fly I see the arms are different angles front and back like the dead cat frames these has Yaw problems when you power hard and some wobbles when loosing height , there is a maths fix for the KK if this happens to this one
 
I was looking at the math in the stevis manual last night. I am going to see how stable I can get it like it is first and add that if needed. Anyone with a 3d printer can make this and the files are posted on thingverse - the guy who did it has a entire family of sizes in this design, 250 to 400ish. This one looked like a good package and others have had sucessful builds with vids posted. I suspect this will be more responsive than my sk450 I have been learning on...
 
Hi mate it will its going to be fast there is a video on you tube its the KK2.0 and the deadcat frame its the guys from hobby king they show you how to work out the maths and where to enter in the KK its worth a watch
 
I got about 1 1/2 batteries thru it and I think I will like this a lot. It did ok with the tuning I had on my SK450 and I have made a couple of adjustments from there. I have the self level clamping down too much, and am still a bit light on the P&I but it flies well, hovered pretty good even with about a 10mph wind at the field. Hopefully I have more time tomorrow and can get a couple more batteries thru it. This thing is way more responsive than my SK - I almost need to learn to fly again.... Really fun project for me. I will be watching the video above as that is on my list to do...
 
Battery is a 3s 2200 mah. Fits good and I have a bunch of them from my sk450. Broke one of the arms this weekend. I was working on the tuning and got it a bit advanced for my skills. One time it launched and did a full front flip - 360 deg within 2' of the ground. Surprised the heck out of me. Surprised me even more that I was able to put it down with no danage that time. I need to do the angles again on the front arms - it flies backwards now if not corrected. I think I have the angle too far back. Printing a new arm so back out this weekend to play some more!
 
I would square it off if there was any adjustment - I would have to reprint the body with new geometry. Doing the programming is helping me to understand what the different functions mean and is furthering my education. Regarding the batteries - I GOOD pilot might get thru them in about 10 minutes, but I am still learning and don't go much above 1/2 on the throttle and get 15-20 minutes. This smaller quad responds soo much quicker than my SK does it's like learning to fly again. I find that I am much smoother flying my SK after a couple of batteries in the printed quad. I think I still have some tuning to do to make it more civil...
