Multimeter help

Hey ladies and gentlemen.

I'm new to this electronics things and I've been using this Multi-charger for my Hubsan x4. yep, the POS green thing that is on amazon.

Anyways, I've had some doubts to its charging and when i trade a battery thats stopped charging in that charger, and put it in the individual one that came with the hubsan, there's way more to charge.

So I'd like to ask someone to help me do a couple things.

I have a cheap Cen-tech multimeter, and it has a ton of setting around the dial which is kinda confusing. I've used these before, but never had to set them or know what to set it to for what I want to do so what I need to know, is

1) If I want to check how much charge a battery has what settings do I need to be in to put the probes on and get a reading.

2) How do I figure out how to see if the charger is putting out enough juice to do the job (these will help me with other projects down ther road of course)

3) If I want to check the resistance of a sensor (this is for my 3d printer who's sensor is giving up an error) how would i go about seeing how many ohms its giving. (manufacturers request when i asked them what to do they gave instructions on what to test, but not how)

I know this is alot, but I'm hoping someone can make this clear as mud for me. I feel like this tool is a very important part of all this.

Thanks guys.

I do belive this one has the continuity setting. It has the setting where i put the electrodes together and they beep. though the tone setting is in the Ohm band of settings. So not sure if resistance is what is used in the continuity test but I know i could make the thing beep.

I didnt pay for this one, I honestly had it in my basement.
thing is brand new, and I figured hey, i need to use one of these like right meow.

so after talking to friend, we came to the conclusion that this meter only does high voltage, cause the only setting for DC voltage is like 1000.
Giving me a reading of "003" when i test the batteries.

will be having to buy a new one.

its only got a setting for 1000 v dc

so when i use it, it doesnt even pickup the voltage of the battery.
the right hand plug on mine is EXT not VomegamA
