Motor.... my kingdom for a motor

Hi,
I am fairly new to quads, like two months new. I have a Dromida Ominus and a Heli-Max 230Si. I'm not sure what I'm doing, but I've had to replace the motors on these things multiple times for each quad. I'm not crashing them what I would consider to be hard, but they do crash and it seems like the motor is the thing that goes. I would expect that the propellers would be what would be replaced.

Is anyone else having a similar issue? Are there any tips on how to preserve the motors? Thanks in advance

Sadly coreless motors just have a short life. One help would be allowing the motors to cool down a little (fly 7 minutes, land for a couple minutes and fly again) but that would be annoying and will only help some.

Hi what George said is right about coreless motors if you want to fly a micro quad take a look at Eachine micro brushless quad
http://www.eachine.com/Eachine-DP4X-124-124mm-Micro-Brushless-Quadcopter-With-MWC-FC-p-87.html
Unfortunately there is no transmitter included, nor do they even mention what will work, and finally no one seems to have it. Their own link doesn't work.

Here's an Amazon offering.
