MINI Quads-Daddy where do little Quads come from??

Ok, Now that I have everyone's attention, I was THINKING now of buying a mini drone, as complete kits are cheap as chips.
I DO want to try out all the various GPS functions, as well have a mount for my GoPro EVENTUALLY...can I squeeze all that stuff into a mini platform, or should I just stick with a 250 quad that inevitably has a larger footprint for expansion??

Get a mini (or one of newer models that's a bit smaller) and learn how to fly. There are many <$25 quads out there now that fly great. For what you want to do eventually a 250mm is still rather small, they are more for sport flying and racing.

That is 'pre-manufactured' and quite small and without separate arms when you break one you'll have to replace the complete frame entailing a complete tear down.

This looks like a better, more complete package, 250mm size.

You are quite right, and that was my original choice , believe it or not.
I was concerned about the body actually being a integrated into circuit board as well...it gets a crack in it...and its replace the whole damn thing.
Thanks, I will be buying the E-machine.
