Micro SD Card Issue - JXD 509G

Hello all,
This is my first post so bear with me.

My name is Mike and I am an absolute newbie to the world of Quadcopters.

I just bought a low cost drone to see how I liked and would get on with them, and I love it.
The one I purchased is the JXD 509G and I'm already looking to upgrade somewhat.

For now I am enjoying this and as it is so cheap I'd rather keep playing for a while before I crash anything of more value.

The issue I have is the Micro SD card - firstly, only the first video would play (AVI file). About 5 others seemed to have recorded but none would play, even with a file converter app. I tried formatting the card but now there is nothing on it and the drone will not write to it.
I imagine it was set up for the drone and I guess I have deleted this, but what can I do to fix it please?

The Syma one I have will rewrite the needed folders, Photo and Video. Did you choose fat32 (do not use quick format) when you formatted?

Are you remembering to turn off the camera? That is when the files are saved.

According to my google MS-DOS (FAT) is the same as FAT32 so that is what you should use and choose the Master Boot Record partitioning scheme. I am a Windows user and only have a little experience with Mac but the answer was easy enough to Google, Google is your friend.
