maximum weight the x8c can carry?

I have an X6 Tarantula that's about the same size. It lugs around an oversized battery and 50 gram Foxeer Legend without much effort.X6 010.JPG

Thats it?? But than you can't put a gopro or a SJcam camera on.
You can put put whatever you want on it. Also note you'll want to add some sort of anti-vibration mount.

That one weighs in at ~40 grams. The 28 gram figure that DugDog stated sounds about the correct weight for Syma's HD/HG camera and static mount. Keep in mind that the Syma cam does not have a battery so as to save weight.

Looking at this thrust test, it doesn't look good.

Even ignoring the weight of the X8, 796 grams of total thrust is pretty pathetic. I've got some cheap $6 brushless motors that have been thrust tested ~ 720 grams. But that's for ONE. Times 4 = 2880 grams total thrust.

Hey, that is the exact anti-vibration mount I ordered a few days ago!

So the total amount of thrust for all 4 motors of the x8c is only 796?? Is there a way the put brushless motors in?

Sure looked it. :)

This was the test for my motors.
