Lightweight camera with SD card

Drones such as the Drocon Bugs3 are made to carry a GoPro-like camera.

Is there a lighter option if you want the simplest camera able to record on an SD Card, but without all the casing of a GoPro in order to save some weight and flight time?

Thanks

SQ11 not to bad for micro builds if no option of dvr. IMG_20180114_093726879-1024x575.jpg
720p @ 30fps is good enough for me.
I use an sj4000 on 210mm or bigger.
But you can put two of these on,
one front facing & rear facing. 12g I think. @ £7 you won't bat an eyelid if you bust it or lose it. More peeved @ losing the SD card.

I had to laugh. A guy reviewed a $20 full size action cam and didn't like it. Really?

The dude's an idiot, listen to his comments. I luv how he's begging for subscribers.

I've also seen where reviewers are testing 60 fps on cheap cams. FWIW most of the cheapies aren't shooting at 60, they are just repeating each 30 fps frame. It ain't the same. :)

He did a review of a quad that had a camera hanging under the bottom. He just put the included landing gear in the their slots, but didn't use the provided screws. He said he didn't want to break them, he'd rather they just came off. Which they did everytime he tried to land, while burying the camera in the grass.

Taking over 3 minutes to "unbox" a $20 camera is all I needed to see to never watch another one of his videos.
