it's mode adjustment

Trying reset controller ,I want mode 2 but controller mode 1 atm ...need to reverse set of mode on flight controller too rekon ther both back to front ..but the internet has lost the manual site will keep looking but if anyone knows the address for kk flight controller manual was looking at it couple days ago

Is the actual throttle stick on the left? Like does the stick on the left not have springs holding to its vertical axis? I'm trying to figure out how to describe what I mean lol
