Intel buys German drone company

Read somewhere they also bought in with about 5% of Yuneec ( is that the right spelling??)
My guess is they are not interested in "our" stuff so much..... more like advancing on DJi and the big money in GPS controlled commercial stuff.
All types of quads a likely to use and buy more chips that the ever dwindling computer market.
How many "quads" will Amazon need if really do get to use them to deliver stuff???? ( rhetoric)

After all is said and done Intel is still a good, solid stock to have. The PC market is a small part of their business.
Intel Corporation designs, manufactures, and sells integrated digital technology platforms worldwide. It operates through PC Client Group, Data Center Group, Internet of Things Group, Mobile and Communications Group, Software and Services, and other segments

Where they really rock is the high end server side which the biggest corporations need. Intel essentially owns the lucrative datacenter market. They are also working hard with Apple to get a crack at being an iPhone modem supplier.
In the long view, the 7630 chip in the iPhone may be seen as a beachhead for Intel. Apple likes the idea of building the phone processor and the LTE modem on the same chip, which would allow for greater power efficiencies in the phone

This is a cool vid.
