Hello,

My x8c charger has a Chinese plug so I can't charge the battery. I do have this plug though. Will this work? What is the balance charger for? Is it to make sure that not to much power goes to the battery?

What is the balance charger for?

It tries to match the charge in both cells of the battery. The X8 uses a 2S battery.

That Adapter you pictured should be fine.

The adapter is 12V though and 1.5ah and the origanel one is 10V and 800ma. Is that ok?
