Help with connecting Sky Viper to WiFi and viewer app

I have 2 quads. I just bought the Dromida HoverShot which is a fantastic little drone for the price. I had bought a SkyViper V2400HD about a month ago. Sky Rocket support hasn't given me a solution to connecting the they SkyVipers WiFi on my phone. I plug in the drone and then open the video viewer app and it tells me to go the WiFi Settings SKYVIPER network and enter the password viper. So I select that network and it doesn't ask for a password. It acts like it's trying to connect but it times out and then reconnects to my home Wifi. And the viewer doesn't open.

Hi mate when I use wifi camera on my phone I power the quad then open wifi in the phone find the drone camera and pair up after its linked then open app on the phone
It should ask for password for the camera

That was a good idea to try but it still didn't connect thanks anyway maybe someone else has another idea.

Try getting outta range of your home WiFi.
