Help with Binding Quad.

Okay, so I bought this cheap, completely built Chinese c250 type quad from eBay. (I know its not top of the line but I'm learning.) My first flight I realized this thing flies in 3D mode no matter where I click the IDLE-UP/Gyro switch. I know the gyro is works, so I thought the transmitter was the problem. I reset the settings and now I can't get a reaction from the quad with the transmitter. The transmitter is a radiolink T6EHP-E, and the receiver is a rasiolink R7EH. Please help!
 
Well that's an odd choice for a TX, it's basically made for helis. And what do you mean by '3D mode '?

It felt like the gyro was disabled the whole time I flew it, I constantly had to correct the quadcopters pitch. Thank you! Do you by any chance know how I could get it to work again?
