Help with 1st build

So I'm building my first micro from scratch. I do not have fpv gear and can't really fly outside (northeast) yet so this is going to be a house runner. I'm going with the Quanum Pico 32 or the Scisky Pico whatever you want to call it. The thing I'm having trouble figuring out is where to wire the led lights. I have red and blue. I would like 2 red in back and 2 blue in front. I'm running a 1 cell 380 or 500 battery. I was thinking I could wire them into the power harness coming off the board but not sure if I need a resistor? Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

It is likely that you need a resistor, and you may need to wire them to an output pin on the IC if it does some computer controlled switching.

Thank you for pointing me in the direction of that calculater. So if I'm doing this correctly the blue led's will need a 22 ohm resister and the reds will need 82 ohm. Seems like a very small amount. Am I doing this correctly? I used 3.7 v as the battery but when fully charged it will be at 4.2v.

Also wondering if I would be able to just jump an led from the motor wires? But I am not certain of the current at those wires.

I'd suggest you not pull power off the motors like that because it could cause a number of problems, the resistance does not really have to be too close (likely cannot be as those may be non-standard values). If you pull the power right from where the power comes in from the battery you should be fine, if you wanted you could easily pull all of the leds off from one or two resistors to limit how much soldering you will have to do as these values are not very critical.
