Help...Thrust faded and not sure why.

ZMR 250, personal build. Used libre pilot to set up and it flew great.....small crashes ect.. I started losing thrust. figured it was the battery and actually the batery (11.1V, 2200mA) was only charging to 250mA. Replaced it. Still have little thrust.....meaning I can lift but not by much. Used to take off and head up quick. No changes made since problem in any other component....hand spinning the motors I can tell they are a bit abused but not too bad. Re-ran through the wizzard on libra pilot and no change to thrust....argh.. Any help would be appreciated.

Reset the board & reflash the esc. You can save settings & load em backup.
If you own a multimeter like cowboy says take a reading. It should read around 12v

Thanks, I will give it a try. I did dispose of the old battery and now running a new one. Charging to ~1900 mA on my balance charger.
I did delete and reload the PDB but didnt do anything with the esc's Suppose I have to remove them to flash them? Guess I can also google that eh?

THanks for the notes.

What charger are you using? They normally cut off at a voltage for example you commonly see 4.3v cutoff with a 5200mAh limit to prevent accidental overcharging. Batteries usually vary from their advertised capacity

What fcb do you use. Unless it's a naze32 or older. It should have blheli passthrough. Do you have blheli configurator off chrome. It's a lot easier than the old blheli suite.
They need power from lipo to change settings or before you access the program. Remember props off.
