Help! Suspected gyro problem (video attached).

Hi everyone, new to quadcopters and I've looked around a while but I haven't come across a fix to my specific problem. As I explain in my video, my Hubsan will begin to veer left a few seconds after taking off and will veer more and more the longer it's in the air until eventually I can't actually correct it because it's pulling so hard to the left. I suspect it's a problem with the gyro but I'm no expert.
 
Well it seems that it's a rather sophisticated transmitter. I'm rather impressed. Lotsa stuff you try.
