GW007-1 won't bind with transmitter

Hi i bought a GW007-1 and when i tried to fly it it would not bind.
it makes the sound but nothing happens.
it would cost to much to return it so i am stuck with it.
is there anything i could try a new transmitter?

Have you informed them that it is DOA? Gearbest and Banggood (I imagine Geek is the same) don't want the quad back. Usually they want video proof clearly showing the problem.

yes i sent video proof they offered $10. i was wondering would the other transmitter work.
the one with the led screen that you use for fpv.
