Hey so I've been having some issues the same as other people with the x183 once going out to about 30 meters then returning and callabration issues and seen on many post people requesting pictures of the x183 internal components so I've done just that striped doing mine to get a few pictures I wont rebuilt just now incase any one requests further pictures hopefully some smart wee cookie can identify the internal components and give us noobs some information on what weve actually purchased and possibly replace to improve this drone which I'm willing to do

So after trying to upload pictures it tells me files to large for server to upload so I've created a slideshow on YouTube and here's the link

Hey, sorry I can't help. But have a question.
I have seen " 183" type quads all over the interweb. Especially fleabuy. The prices are all over the place too. The specs looked good and I sent several sellers questions to verify what they were selling. No replies.

So my question is:

Do they all have GPS and all the other featured and functions for stupid prices like $49????

IF yours does. Which one is and where did you buy it?

I bought mine on Ebay it does have gps, follow me, return home, 2 speed selections it come with a monitor and the monitor receves it signal from the camera that also comes with it (and this is what the wifi models are talking about ) it's not actually got wifi compatible it's just the camera and monitor with is 5.8ghz

Also I'm having issues with mine the now.(I will charge my 4 batteries 3new 1 original with my IMAX b6 balance charger and go out to do some flying and immediately after take off it will tell me (through a series of blinking codes) that it is receiving low voltage so it will return home so I change battery and take off again and then same thing happens so I'm looking to buy a new branded battery with higher mah (ie3000mah) to do a text flight and see how things go

Is the original battery also acting up???
 
Ryt ok thn ive also been told to balance charge them and my selected settings were (2s 7.4v 2.5a) would this be the correct setting for balance charging to full capacity

A basic multimeter is a good thing to have for many reasons. You don't need anything fancy.

If you look at the picture it is where you want to set it, DC 20V. Like this also.

When troubleshooting it's best to not assume. In your case you are assuming that the charger is in fact fully charging your battery 'to full capacity.' It will only take a few seconds with a meter to verify as it could just be a charger problem.
