try another vtx or monitor to isolate the issue. i'm new to this ...... maybe interference? as bad in another location?

Yea I have capacitors on the way. I already replaced the camera. Ordering a new vtx and dedicated fpv goggles. If that doesn't fix it I'm done with this $300 waste lol. There's always los

Try hooking the camera gnd, osd gnd, and vtx gnd all to one common ground on your pdb.

Are your RX & TX antennae compatible? Other than what's already been suggested, make sure the screws that fasten your motors on are the proper length. Too long and making contact with the stator can cause this issue.
