Flysky FS-T6 Modding Help

Hi All,

I am new to quadcopters and doing my first build, I have ordered the Flysky FS-T6 however I have found out the range in this is not great.
What I want to know is what parts do I need to increase the range of this?
I have an idea how to take it apart I just dont know what parts to buy to increase the range.
 
Well first why not just test the range on your specific unit. Some folks claim decent range. One factor that often seems overlooked is the placement of the antenna on your receiver. Try to put it somewhere where it's not blocked by electronics, carbon fiber etc. Try to get it so there is always a clean line of sight to the TXs antenna if possible. Don't lust tuck it in somewhere that is convenient amongst a gaggle of wires between frame plates.
