How does this look?
Would it fly?

The flight controller only supports CPPM(AKA PPM), however your receiver is PWM. I suggest you find another similar flight controller that supports PWM, or get another reciever that should be compadable with your radio. Your radio takes 4*AA batteries, so you'd want to either upgrade it or choose something like the Orange brand or the Turnigy 9x.

You should be able to easily find another very similar flight controller that supports PWM.

The earlier versions of the Teleporters are not very liked due to the resolution of the tiny screens, so you might want to get the quantum v2 setup for now, or something like the headplay FPV goggles. If budget allows the Fatshark Dominators are fantastic goggles.

For that frame you should have something like 2300kv motors and 4''-6'' props depending on the motors.
The 935kv motors are way to big in this case. I highly suggest the cobra 2300kv or the Emax red bottoms if you're looking for speed, if you are looking for a more mellow flight then something like multistar's motors or some other 2xxx-2300kv motors would be good.

You are also going to need some tools if you don't have a soldering setup. Might need little dds and ends like short pieces of wire, and some XT60 connectors.

I'm assuming you want Mode2 (left throttle) it doesn't seem to say which it is.

FPV Set:
(I need to find another FPV set, if you guys could recommend one that would be awesome. I might just not go FPV at first and save up later, my budget for FPV is around $300)
FatShark Teleporter V5 FPV 5.8G Video Goggles W/ Head Tracking (Transmitter and 700L CMOS Camera Included) Fat Shark FSV1088 RTF FPV KIT

Controller and Receiver:
FlySky FS-T6 2.4ghz Digital Proportional 6 Channel Transmitter and Receiver Model

Props are good size for those motors, and the frame. Either way it would fly. The receiver says it has PPM out, so that should fix your problem.

Your image size is going to be this big(320x240), if that is fine with you then the teleporters should work:

Would the Quanum Complete FPV Bundle Set be a better choice for a intro to FPV?

Its 640x480 and half the price

I'd strongly suggest you get the V2, a lot of little problems with my V1 set and the V2 seems to have fixed about all of them.

I jut got the V2s with the Diversity receiver/ camera/ tx and I think Im gonna love it. I only used it once so far, but my gosh its so much better than the RTF stuff I got with my racer 250.

I have Rtf kit monitor, Eachine I6 controller, flysky I6 rx and extra vtx if anyone wants it. :)

CAn I get a link to that diversity receiver? I was considering adding diversity, but have not needed it yet.

I really like it, but out of my price range hahahaha. I think I'll stick with the DIY diversity as shown on RC model reviews.

Cool. I'll check it out. I want to learn more about making my own stuff. I was watching that guy make an Rf filter the other day and it might have been the same guy making a helical antenna.
