First drone recommendation

Hi everyone!

My husband's birthday is fast approaching and I was hoping to get him a drone. I'm new to all this, and am finding the amount of features and choices completely overwhelming.

Can you help with a suggestion?

Here are my criteria:

- Good quality and will last

- Relatively easy to fly (i read that a lot of cheaper models are harder to fly because of stabilizers, technology to make it fly easier is more expensive)

- has a camera

- can live feed to tablet/phone/or computer

- has a decent charger and battery

- is in the $200 - $450 range (I'm looking more for the best value, than just the most expensive).

Also, do all drones at this price point come with a travel case? Or is that always separate?

Thanks, everyone!

Hi see if you can find a DJI Phantom 3 they are easy to fly and failsafe are the best as they are old model they will be at a good price and you may even get a camera
Thay did an FC40 which had a camera on wii fi to a mobile phone but range was not that great about 300 Mtrs

I'm very empathetic to you. The number of choices is both a blessing and a curse

In the $200-$450 range you should be able to find a decent stable flyer, but there aren't too many with good FPV capability. The AR.Drone 2.0 goes for around $200 and has live streaming through Parrot's smartphone app. The Parrot Bebop is a similar quad for around $250 that can also stream live video through the app.

He should be happy with either of those as a first flyer. Otherwise here are some more drones for under $500 - http://dronebusinessmarketer.com/top-10-drones/

And with most drones, the case is usually sold separately. Unless you find a package deal, then the cost is included.
