Why didn't you just use a drop of glue on the original plastic bell that was sloppy?

I actually did come across that one while shopping... I was swayed by the smaller size of the devo and all the well documented mods.
I am enjoying the devo a lot, but it being my first hobby grade TX I only have the toy ones to compare.
