Do any of you use the droneflip site or any others for buying and selling drones? Curious on how it works, and since I would be buying/selling some expensive stuff, how do I avoid getting my a$$ scammed?

Use PayPal, tell the seller to send you an invoice. Don't ever pay as a 'gift.'

Edit: A detailed invoice, not just a total.

I'd like to add to Jackson's solid advice to say that friends and family option should never be used as it removes buyer protection even if it is slightly cheaper.
