Drone spinning around z axis..

Hello, attached is a picture of a quad copter setup i have.
It seems to be trying to fly, but is unstable and kind of spinning around its Z axis.
Can anyone help me solve the problem and make it fly normally?

The way it looks in the picture it doesn't move at all and when i switch the upper left with upper right prop and lower left with lower right prop - i get that weird spinning behavior.

You can't just swap out props willy nilly, they have to be in the correct location and the motors have to spin in the right direction.

Maybe this will help.

Yes Jackson -thanks and sorry, got it right just a couple of minutes ago. The upper side of the prop first against the air..
I don't think i'll make that mistake again.
