Drone not connecting to android phone

Please help
I bought a sjrc f11 drone its a great drone.
Can not connect it to my a30 samsung phone.
Phone do not even pick wifi up from drone.
Google about drone and say phone must be 802.11ac.
Checked spec on phone and says its compatable.
Tried other phones samsung S7,S7Plus,huawei p7.
But no luck.
Any help will be appreciated.

I just purchased a JJRC12. Have new Android powered Kyocera phone. 5G capable and working fine. I have paired controller and drone, both showing the same number in my phone's wifi settings. I connect with the controller. The controller is showing it is connected to the drone and flies fine with controller only. My phone app (C Fly) will not connect to the drone for some reason. I've changed the wifi setting on the drone but still no luck. Suggestions?
