The drone I am working on is having some motor calibration issues it seems.
When I arm the drone and and very lightly push the throttle to its very minimum setting, the motors start spinning equally and then motors 2 and 3 begin ramping up speed on its own. I have calibrated the motors several times and have had no results. I've done a little messing around with PID but didnt notice any changes related to this problem.
When I use CleanFlight to test the motors using the Master Slide button, all the motors start at 1117 and stay at a constant and equal RPM, its only when I use the controller does it misbehave.

- CC3D Storm, flashed to Betaflight to use CleanFlight.
- Arris 12A ESC
- Tried recalibrating several times.
- Minimum command is below maximum throttle
- FlySky FS-T6 controller
