Drone Blinks that Batteries are Low Vey Quickly

I have the Husband X4 H107c and have been flying it mostly in my basement. I have 8 batteries: 4 new, 4 not so new. Yesterday, I charged them all on my 4 to 1 charger like I have been doing all along. But now, I get like 30 seconds of flight time. I plugged one of the batteries into the charger that came with the drone and it indicated that the battery was charged. At least the red charging light did not come on. It's hard to believe that 8 batteries would die at the same time or is it? Can it be something in the drone that is making it prematurely indicate low batter?

Thanks

I certainly will do that. Seems unlikely that BOTH chargers have failed. But I am new to this hobby and not at all familiar with the technology. I will say that my H107c has taken a lot of beating in the basement but can still fly.

If it's the normal single cell battery it should be just over 3.7 volt check the batteries and go from there even a 6 cell battery each cell will be just over 3.7 per cell when charged
When charging lots of batteries on a single lead parallel charger if there is one battery that's stuffed it may be the one battery the charger reads for its charge so will say it's full when the rest are not
My big helicopter flies on 2 x6 cell batteries i parallel charge them but when the charger says the battery is full i then single charge the battery and it will always take a bit more due to one battery kicking the charger out by saying it's full
